Brasserie de Blaugies La Moneuse (750ml)
A farmhouse saison from one of Belgium's most genuinely artisanal breweries—a tiny operation built into a garage in Blaugies by married schoolteachers Marie-Noëlle Pourtois and Pierre-Alex Carlier in 1988. Production is less than a thousand barrels annually, made by the couple and their two sons. Named after a local 18th-century bandit who was an ancestor of the brewing family, La Moneuse delivers classic saison character: earthy, yeasty, complex, and bone-dry. This is farmhouse ale in the truest sense—small-scale, family-made, rooted in place.
