A farmhouse saison from one of Belgium's most genuinely artisanal breweries—a tiny operation built into a garage in Blaugies by married schoolteachers Marie-Noëlle Pourtois and Pierre-Alex Carlier in 1988. Production is less than a thousand barrels annually, made by the couple and their two sons.
