Pythia was first conditioned on freshly pressed Napa Pinot Noir juice that had seen minimal skin contact, then on Napa Chardonnay juice. Further, it was infused with foraged bay leaves and aged in wine barrels. Herb, bubblegum, and piquant fruit waft off the beer like smoke off the altar.
