Vincent Dancer was Burgundy's first certified organic grower in Chassagne-Montrachet, and his son Théo continues that legacy with uncompromising purity. The 2022 village expression showcases natural fermentation with zero additions—no bâtonnage, no filtering—aged first in used barrels for twelve months, then stainless steel for seven to eight months. Toasted nuts, bread dough, spices, green apple, and pear on the nose, followed by a satiny, medium-bodied palate of remarkable brightness and minerality. Chassagne-Montrachet stripped of pretense.
