Winemaker Mike Lucia hand-harvests two Jura Trousseau clones from Cole Ranch—America's smallest AVA at just 180 acres—and processes them by foot, soaking the juice on skins and stems for 24 hours before spontaneous fermentation in neutral barrels. The result is delicate, herby, and brimming with cranberry, blood orange, dried spice, and sage.
