Roccheviberti Barolo del Comune di Castiglione Falletto 2021

Claudio Viberti crafts this Barolo from Nebbiolo grown in the legendary Rocche cru of Castiglione Falletto, a commune celebrated for wines of ethereal elegance. Garnet-colored in the glass, it opens with dried flowers and red fruit preserves layered with sweet spice and menthol, while the palate is austere and poised, wrapped in silky, enveloping tannins. Aged two to three years in French oak barrels of 20-25hl capacity, then another year in bottle—complexity and grace with each passing month.
