Aromas of dried cranberry, blueberry and black cherry dominate the nose of this grippy and rich example of Cabernet Franc. The palate has a streak of cherry acidity running down the middle that balances the textural grip of the tannins. A few years in the cellar should round this out nicely. Drink 2028-2035 with a hearty ribeye steak.
