Gros Ventre Santa Barbara Gamay Nolan Ranch 2021

This Gamay has been produced with a mix of whole cluster and destemmed fruit. It sees a few days of cold soak prior to native fermentation. It spends 9 months in neutral oak barrels and has been bottled unfined and unfiltered. Only 4 barrels produced. Ripe strawberry, cranberry, and orange zest on the nose with juicy acidity.
