A traditional Burgundy blend increasingly rare in the region, this Passe-tout-grains marries two-thirds Gamay with one-third Pinot Noir from Hudelot-Baillet's Chambolle-Musigny vineyards. The aromatic bouquet bursts with lavender scent while the palate reveals soft tannins and succulent mulberry and dark plummy fruit in perfect balance.
