The Caslot family has been at Domaine de la Chevalerie since 1640, and Les Galichets comes from alluvial clays where Cabernet Franc grows with ripe richness. Six years in bottle have let it settle—dark fruit and spice mingle with strawberry, cherry, and violet. Bourgueil with age, ready to drink but capable of holding another decade with ease.
