White Burgundy from a small family domaine in the Hautes-Côtes that quietly overdelivers. Cornu-Camus was created in 1981 when Bernadette Camus married Pierre Cornu; today their daughter Lydia and her husband Christophe farm 12 hectares across 15 appellations using organic principles. Les Godeaux is a 1.18-hectare plot in Savigny-lès-Beaune, bordering the renowned Les Lavières Premier Cru. Vinified in barrique with regular bâtonnage. A Burgundy white that punches well above its appellation.
