Domaine Collotte has been bottling Marsannay for over 40 years, with Isabelle Collotte bringing her studies to the family project. The white shows excellent ripeness and complexity from barrel fermentation, with finesse and detail on the palate. A small producer working with low yields and indigenous yeasts, this Chardonnay from Burgundy's northernmost cru offers restraint and quality that feels earned.
