Biodynamically cultivated Vermentino & Chardonnay from Nelson on the northern tip of the South Island of New Zealand. Grapes are hand-harvested, direct pressed and fermented naturally before aging for 1 year thereafter all in amphora. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
